Happy Friday, guys!

I’m currently nursing the worst hangover ever ( yes, still ). So, my Friday night is looking pretty bleak.

Anywhooooo. About this cocktail recipe.

I kind of happened upon this concoction accidentally one fateful Friday night, when my friends & I realized that we had nothing to mix our vodka with. So, ME to the rescue.

I can really make shit happen when it’s important enough. Obviously, this was a high-pressure/high-stress situation. I perform really well under pressure, y’all.

I put a little video together for y’all to see how it’s done IRL. This cocktail is SO easy & it’s healthier than your average fruity drank.

There’s NO soda/artificial sweeteners in this, so you can sip guilt-free ( as guilt-free as you can be drunk on a Friday night… cringe ). At least you can congratulate yourself for being so “healthy” tomorrow morning.

INGREDIENTS

♥ Tito’s Vodka
♥ Coconut Water
♥ Water
♥ Juice of Half a Lemon
♥ Handful of Blueberries
♥ A Few Mint Leaves
♥ Packet of Stevia Sweetener

HOW-TO

*see video below*

♥ In a cocktail shaker ( or in a regular cup! ), muddle a handful of blueberries & desired amount of mint ( I just used a spoon to squish these together at the bottom of the shaker… you don’t have to get all fancy with your tools ).
♥ Add a shot of vodka, the juice of half a lemon ( or more, if you want! ), Stevia sweetener, desired amount of coconut water, & a dash of regular water.
♥ Shake up & serve over ice.

Oh yeah, beebus. This is some good shit.

It was such a hit with my friends ( but TBH they’ll drink anything that gets them drunk so I’m not sure if that’s really a good way to measure how good this one is ).

I like it because it covers up the vodka really well for not having any sodas or fruit juices. Bye bye extra sugar & crap.

Also, if you make it with Tito’s, it’s gluten-free, for all of you GF-ers.

I’ll be making up for how “healthy” I’m being by attacking 2-3 slices of pizza at 2 AM.

You gotta be realistic when you’re talking about your tipsy self. The pizza will be happening. The sugary/fruit/shit-filled drinks will not be happening.

It’s a tradeoff.
