I previewed this skinny egg nog recipe on my Instagram story yesterday, and I had an OVERWHELMING number of DMs asking for the recipe ASAP! As always, ask & you shall receive. I’m here to share my tips on making life easier/better for all of us.
That’s really the point of all this anyways.
I can’t take credit for the recipe, as I found it through one of my favorite YouTube channels for vegan recipes: Hot For Food.
I’m REALLY into recipe/what-I-eat-in-a-day videos lately. Would y’all watch a what-I-eat-in-a-day video if I did one??? They’re my FAVORITE to watch ( healthy-style, of course. )
They made their own cashew milk on Hot For Food, because they just really go for it. I’m lazy, so I purchased mine at the store. I can’t bring myself to do the DIY nut-milk thing. Not about that life.
ANYWHO. I’m headed home to Texas today, & I’ve already told my family to gather the ingredients I’m going to need to make these at home. For proof, check my instagram story, LOL. My mom already knows what’s coming.
ingredients
( makes 3-4 servings )
3 cups cashew milk
1 can coconut milk ( refrigerated over night )
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 tsp of each nutmeg & cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
4 oz dark spiced rum
how to
add the cashew milk to the blender. scoop the cream off the top of the coconut milk into the blender. add the coconut sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla & sea salt to the blender and blend. I recommend refrigerating the mixture a little before serving. Add 1.5 oz ( about a shot’s worth ) of rum to each glass when serving.
you can refrigerate this mixture for about a week!

I’ll be whipping up this skinny beebus recipe with my family FOR SURE, & I can’t wait to make them all try it. No one else in my family really drinks, so holiday festivities include everyone judging me for being the only one throwing them back like it’s my job.
Please see example of me not belonging in said-family in my latest vlog. It’s like… they love me, but they’re also like… who/what are you & where did you come from??
The holidays are for celebrating, right???
I’m not looking forward to the amount of working out / detoxing I’m going to have to do after the next few weeks.
Up next: Texas for Christmas with the family, San Diego for my Birthday on the 30th, & then back in LA for New Year’s celebrations with friends.
Cheers to the holidays, friends, & stay safe ( i.e. DRINK RESPONSIBLY! )
Talk soon, xx
